Fostering community fellowship and fun

Kwanzaa Crawl is an annual one-day event that brings people of the African diaspora together to support Black-owned businesses in their communities. For the last 4 years the event has hosted over 8,000 participants and supported over 30 black owned businesses in Brooklyn and Harlem cumulatively generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional revenue.

Idea

Coloberate with musuem staff to create a powerful interactive experience.
Use real-time multi-media tools to transform attendees in to living art .
Design installastions that inspire local communities to see the effectness of art as a tool for social change and empowerment.
Create and utilize performances, art demonstrations, DJ sets, and costumes to tell a deep and emotional impactfull story.
